Experience Northwest Colorado
Meeker, Colorado is a small mountain town nestled in the White River Valley. Founded in 1885 it is rich in history while being a quaint and quite little town. With very close access to the White River National Forest, Meeker is home to herds of Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule Deer and Pronghorn. The White River flows from the mountains outside of Meeker through town, holding large Rainbow and Brown Trout as well as Mountain Whitefish, with the occasional Cutthroat.
