Big Game Hunting

Lucky Buck Outfitters offers two species of game to hunt, antelope and mule deer. You and your guide will adventure out around the area of Meeker, Colorado in unit 23. All of our hunting is done on private ground, which gives you an upper edge on getting tags. Your hunt will be a spot and stalk hunt. Your guide will take you via truck and check different areas to get you on the trophy you have been looking for. 

Antelope- 60"-70"

Mule Deer- 150"-170"   

              Trophy- 175"+

INCLUDED:

• ​experienced guides

• pickup/drop-off at lodge of your choice

• guides come with their own vehicle, spotting scopes, binoculars, range finders, backpacks, shooting sticks, beverages, knives, and harvest bags. 

NOT INCLUDED:

• rifle of choice

• ammunition

Recommended:

• hunting bag (hunts may include long pack-out's and extended hours away from the truck)

• snacks for the day

• extra water

• gloves

• hiking boots

• good socks (wool socks work best)

• jackets (light duty-heavy duty, never know what weather will come in on your hunt)

• thermals/long johns

• multiple pairs of hunting pants (light duty-heavy duty)

• rain gear

• shooting sticks/bi-pod (hunters may prefer their own style of shooting sticks/bi-pod)

• binoculars (your guide will have some, nice to have an extra set of eyes looking for wild game)

• game bags (not a bad idea to bring your own if you want to bring extra)​​​​​
